The easiest and fastest payment option is a wire transfer. With a wire transfer you simply send your payment directly from your bank account to our Bank of Scotland account . If you have online banking you can make the wire transfer online. Some banks will allow you to make transfer arrangements over the phone, others will require you to fill out the transfer form in person. In any case, wire transfers are easy to do and your bank will surely guide you through the transfer process. It usually takes 2 - 5 business days depending on your country of residence. We accept personal cheques drawn on a British bank if you have a bank account in the United Kingdom and can write a cheque on that account. When you choose to pay by personal cheque, this will mean an extra delay prior to packing and shipping. This is caused by the cheque needing to be posted to ourselves, banked, then allowed to clear, before your application can be marked for despatch. We accept postal money orders from buyers within the United Kingdom in British Pounds only. Postal money orders are an inexpensive and convenient way to send money, you don’t even need a bank account. They can be bought and cashed at all UK Post Office™ branches. Please print your callsign and award/badge name(s) on the reverse of your postal order. All postal money orders must be payable to the Scottish-Russian ARS.

If you want to pay by cash, this must be sent by registered post, and is entirely at your own risk. It is much safer to use postal money orders if you have no other payment method available.
